This is one tasty looking dish. I like your sweet potato variation and I can imagine the smokiness of the bacon and the creaminess of the mushroom sauce pairing really well with these sweet potato gnocchi. Thank you @loveself! I actually liked these better than regular gnocchi, the slight sweetness from the potatoes really enhanced the overall flavor of the dish. I'm gonna hop over to your page and checkout your entry!
