I've been wanting to make my own harissa and chickpea flour crepes. Now that I see how beautiful everything came out, I can't wait to try your recipes. This dish has many tasty elements and I just wish I could have a taste of it. Truly exceptional @foodforsoul.
Thank you @loveself. The dish was indeed very tasty and it was also quite challenging to balance the savoury crêpes and the lamb. The idea was to not allow one overpower the other one in salt content. And also the crepes was quite weird as requiring a 1/4 cup of the mixture for each crêpes which is quite a lot compared to traditional savoury crêpes.
