Welcome back @slowcookingchef! I'm glad that you are getting better from your injury and can cook. Your gnocchi dish looks absolutely delicious and comforting. I could see from your raw dough that these gnocchi were going to be pillowy soft. I can just imagine how amazing the gnocchi would be with the bacon, mushrooms, cream and cheese! Great photos too and I loved the history of gnocchi. Thanks for sharing your excellent entry with us!
Thanks, @chefsteve! They were very pillowy and the sauce really complimented the sweetness of the potato, this might be my favorite one of my entries. I had a great time figuring this one out.
