Hey @leelektrik, Tarama is one of my favorites. I like how you whipped it up with the bread, lemon juice and scallion. I never had it that way before. l like your last photo too, it makes me want to go out and get some roe! Cool fact too about E120 food coloring. I did not know about that. Thanks for your entry!
