🍲 Salad of Quinoa and Colorful Vegetables

The word "Quinoa" comes from the spelling of Spanish in the name of the Indian tribe Quechua "kinwa". Ancient Incas considered culture sacred and called it the "mother of all grains."

This culture does NOT contain gluten - good news for all who are intolerant to this ingredient. The explanation is simple - cinema, in fact, it belongs not to a family of wheat, but to the Styrov, to which the spinach and the beetle refer. Compared to all other cereals, the quinoa is characterized by its high content of valuable nutrients. Grains contain essential amino acids, as well as impressive amounts of calcium, phosphorus and iron.

Ingredients
1 hrs. Black olives
1/2 pcs. Lemons
1 Coriander Link
1 hrs. Quinoa
2 pcs. Tomatoes
4 tablespoons Olive oil
2 pcs. Avocado
1 can of Sweet Corn
1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation
1. The quinoa is washed prematurely under running water. Mix in water in a 1: 2 ratio. After boiling, leave for a slow fire about 20 minutes. Strain in a colander.
2. Pour into a large bowl. Add diced avocados, corn, tomatoes, onions, olives and chopped coriander.
3. Everything is poured with dressing of the juice of half lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil and stir.
