Yellow Rice Recipe
Material:
- 1 liter of good quality rice
- 3 cm turmeric (peel the skin and then fine scar)
- ¾ liter of coconut milk
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 lemongrass (crushed)
- 4 cloves of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 grain of pecan
- 2 clove seeds
- salt

How To Cook
First wash the rice clean and drain. After that, puree turmeric, onion, garlic, and candlenut. Then, stir-fry until fragrant and add coconut milk and cook until boiling.
