Ingredients:
配料:
Tenderloin 300g, cooking wine 5ml, salt amount, flour 15g, starch 10g, tomato sauce 100g, sugar 50g, honey 50g, white vinegar 50ml, water starch 20ml, sesame amount.
里脊肉300g,料酒5ml,盐适量,面粉15g,淀粉10g,番茄酱100g,白糖50g,蜂蜜50g,白醋50ml,水淀粉20ml,芝麻适量。
Wash the tenderloin, then cut into strips and put in a large bowl.
将里脊洗净,然后切成条状,放入一个大碗中。Add cooking wine and salt to the tenderloin, mix well, add flour and starch, and continue to stir.
在里脊肉中加入料酒和盐,拌匀,加入面粉和淀粉,继续搅拌。Pour the seasonings other than water starch into the bowl and mix well.
将除淀粉以外的调味料倒入碗中并充分混合。Pour the oil in the pan, heat it to 70%, pour the tenderloin until the surface is golden, then remove it.
将油倒入锅中,加热至70%,倒入里脊,直至表面呈金黄色,然后将其取出。Change to a pot, pour in the prepared seasoning sauce, stew until the surface is bubbling, then add water starch, stir well, then pour the tenderloin, let the tenderloin evenly wrap the sauce, add the sesame after serving.
换锅,倒入准备好的调味酱,炖至表面冒泡,然后加入水淀粉,搅拌均匀,然后倒入里脊,让里脊均匀包裹酱汁,加入芝麻后即成。
