Ingredients: two chicken legs, shallots, garlic, cooking wine, pepper, pepper, millet spicy, green pepper, pepper oil, chili noodles, salt, sugar, soy sauce, white sesame.
食材:两个鸡腿,青葱,大蒜,料酒,胡椒,胡椒,小米辣,青椒,胡椒油,辣椒面,盐,糖,酱油,白芝麻。

Add water to the pot, add two shallots and ginger, add two tablespoons of cooking wine, boil in chicken legs for about 20 minutes, take the chicken legs out, put them in cold water, and cut into small pieces.
