Fish fry
Fish fry - A dish that willl be rejoiced by all the fish lovers out there. Its quick and easy to make and will not even take much of your time!
Ingredients required-
Rohu Fish cut into pieces( number of pieces is upto you)
Mustard oil for marinade( two tbsp)
Refined oil for frying (3 tbsp)
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Sliced onions for garnish.
Method-
Wash the fish pieces nicely.
Add mustard oil, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and ginger galic paste to the fish and mix well .
Leave the marinade to rest for about 15 mins to 30 mins for all the flavours to blend well in it.
Heat oil in a frying fan and add the fish pieces in batches of 2-3 . Make sure the oil is heated up well before you add the fish pieces.
Let the fosh fry until it achieves the golden brown colour and is cooked well
Remove the ready fish fry onto a plate and garnish with onions and lemon.
