Pork Teriyaki with sauce
Ingredients
1Kilo Pork belly
Onion
Garlic
Soy Sauce
Catsup
Black Pepper
Laurel
Star Anis
Ginisa Mix
Water
Cooking Oil
Corn starch
Preparation
1.) Wash the Pork in running water and chop into 5 big pieces
2.)wash the onion and garlic and chop in small pieces
Cooking Procedure:
1.) Open the gas stove Place the Caserole,
add Garlic, Onion, 1/2 liter of water, 250 grams Soy sauce, 1table spoon pepper, 5 pieces laurel, 7 pieces star anis, 250 grams Catsup, 1 table spoon ginisa mix powder and pork cover it and make them boil for 35 minutes in low pressure fire, after this remove the pork that was boiled in all spices and put in the strainer for 10 minuets,
2.) open the gas stove place the pan and add 1/2 liter of cooking oil wait for the oil became hot ready for frying and add the pork wait until it become Golden brown
After frying the pork chop into what sizes you like and place in the plate
3.)open again the gas stove and re-heat all the spices wait until boil and add the cornstarch that was dilute in water this will be the sauce of the pork teriyaki.
