Pork asado
Ingredients
Pork Kasim
Pineapple juice
Red bell pepper
Onion
Garlic
Soy sauce
Black pepper
Laurel
Cooking oil
Brown sugar
Water
Preparation
1.) wash 1-kilo pork in running water slice it into 4 pieces
2.) wash onion, garlic, Red bell pepper and chop them into ginisa size
Cooking Procedures
1.) Open the gas stove put the casserole add 250 grams water including pork, black pepper, Laurel, 100 grams sugar, 250 grams pineapple juice, make them boil for 30 minutes
2.) turn of the gas stove remove the boiled pork in the casserole and chop
1/2 inch thin
3.) open the stove put a pan add 100 grams oil, garlic, onion, red bell pepper, saute for 3 minutes add the pork that was chop saute them in 5 minutes and add the sauce in the casserole cover the pan and make them boil for 10 minutes that's it let's eat lunch.
