Ingredients
- 125 g flour
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- solt
- about 75 g of butter for greasing
1. Pour flour into a bowl, add eggs, salt and a little milk, knead a rather thick dough.
2. While stirring, add the remaining milk until you get a smooth dough without lumps. Let stand for at least half an hour, better longer.
3. Preheat the oven to 230C. Within each mold place a piece of butter weighing 5-7 g, put it in the oven, what would the molds is heated and oil-heated.
4. Carefully remove the molds from the oven, thoroughly lubricate with melted butter and fill them with a 2/3 height test. Bake puddings for 30 minutes without opening the oven door, otherwise they can settle down.
