OATMEAL TOFU

Today, I make soft oat bran baby tofu that melts in the mouth for this 6-month-old baby.
Material

*50 grams of oats
*200ml filtered water
*Fruit of your choice (optional), Milk.
*Mold for making cakes
Step 1: Grind oats after soaking.
Soak the whole oats in clean water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, you can change the water 1 to 2 times so that the oats do not have a sour taste.
After soaking, drain the water, put the oats in a blender with a little water and puree.

Step 2: Cook oats.
Put the filtered oats through a sieve, take the oat water obtained after filtering into the pot and bring to a boil. Stir well so that the bottom of the pot does not burn, cook until the mixture thickens and thickens, then turn off the heat.
Oatmeal remaining after filtering can be used to make cakes.

Step 3: Make oat tofu mold.
Let the oat water cool a bit and then pour into the prepared molds. Continue to let the oats cool completely for about 20-30 minutes and then put them in the refrigerator. Leave in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours to have oat tofu.

Step 4: Make a fruit sauce to eat with tofu.
Here, I only use formula milk with oat bran tofu. You can also make a fruit sauce.

This dish is very suitable for snacks, helps to add vitamins and fiber, especially suitable for babies at the age of weaning.
