clafoutis with black cherries
I put in the freezer cherries this summer and today I made a pitit clafoutis house that delighted everyone here. It is a very easy recipe, accessible to all and above all quite economical.
Ingredients:
80 gr of flour
40 gr of cornflour
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
100 gr of powdered sugar
kirsch (optional, but personal I put, I find the best clafoutis)
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
500 gr of cherries
2 glasses with milk mustard or 40 cl
Preheat oven to 200 ° or thermostat 6 - 7
In a terrine, pour the flour, dig a fountain and put cornstarch, whole eggs and sugars. Mix the flour little by little with the other ingredients.
When the mixture thickens, add the milk gradually to obtain a fluid paste without lumps. Put the kirsch last.
Take a hollow dish, butter it and spread the cherries on the bottom. Pour the dough on it.
Place this dish in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes
Yum yum yum. And even more fun to say. Clafoutis. Let's all say it together. It sounds silly, or even like a disease. But it also sounds like something I'd like to eat, right now.
