上海雖然形象一直是國際化大都市,但是他的古鎮風情也是非常的美,堪比蘇州的陵園,並且古鎮多在水鄉之上,山水人非常和諧的融入在了一起。
上海古鎮中的清流當屬新場古鎮。來看看這些真正起源於上海的小吃吧!
草頭餅起源於明代新場古鎮,用新鮮草頭煮熟切碎+糯米做成的餅,店鋪的話推薦新場古鎮蔣記臭豆腐對面的那家。
粿餅連百科都沒有,而且上海只有在新場古鎮的今日閑食府這一家在做這個。外表看上去非常平淡無奇,但吃法上如果你不注意,是要吃大虧的!我第一次吃的時候,一咬下去感覺一股滾燙而芳香的汁水流入嘴內,瞬間有一些濺在衣服上,你要我形容這種感覺,吃得快汁水是在嘴裡爆開來的!如果來上海,你有機會去新場古鎮,一定要試試這家!
雞湯豆腐花這是我去年去新場古鎮時走小路才看到的,當時中午到的,本來看著不是很濃郁的雞湯,覺得會不會很淡。結果吃了幾口,的確有雞湯鮮味,但不是那種很濃郁的油湯,淡淡的反而和豆腐花相得益彰。
我堅信食物的力量,感謝手藝人的默默支撐才能讓今天本該失傳的手藝再現江湖。
