Dinner Menu is Ready :)
I prepared myself a steak, salad and some mash.
This is my first experience to cook. And it is so easy.
It includes both protein and carb, healthy fat and minerals. All in one!
For salad, you need carrot and grate it,
then you need black gabbage and mince it,
after that you need lettuce and lemon, a pinch of salt and some olive oil.
For mash, you need a potato and boil it,
then you need to add butter and some salt and pepper(optional)
after that add some milk and smush by using fork until it will thicken.
For steak, you need to go to butcher :)
