Chicken & Tortilla Soup

Lord have mercy my friends.

So one of the secrets to make this just right is to use ONE avocado per bowl put that in the bottom of the bowl first.
Another secret is to make your own tortilla strips. I just bought some smaller tortillas and cut them up in strips and placed them in a pan with olive oil you only want to cook it just enough do not make the strips hard.
I also added a little extra water to this. you can think me later for this, I ate it 3 days in a row:) cant wait to make more.
