Corn cookies on vegetable oil
Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 гр sugar
50 ml of vegetable oil
250 гр cornmeal
1 tsps of baking powder
50 гр walnuts
0,5 items of vanillin
To mix an egg nimbus sugar and vanillin, to add vegetable oil and it is good to mix.
To mix cornmeal with baking powder for the test and to connect to egg weight well to mix to cover with a towel and to leave for 30 minutes at the room temperature.
To wet hands it is a little water, to take a small amount of the test to create a ball and to put on a baking sheet at distance 1,5 cm from each other, thus ostupit with all test, then on the middle to press a nut half into each cookies.
