German pie
INGREDIENTS
200 g butter without salt
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 can of cream
1 wafer package, cornflour
milk, as needed, to wet the wafer
1 can of condensed milk, chocolate flavor (or ice cream topping)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Place the butter and sugar in an electric mixer and beat until well fluffy and smooth cream
Add the cream and whisk quickly just to mix
Stop the mixer and book
Set aside a medium container to mount the sweet
Add a little milk in a deep dish and water quickly some
cornflour cookies in milk
Cover the bottom of the selected container with a layer of crackers
Add a layer of the reserved cream on crackers
Add another layer of biscuits soaked in milk and repeat the procedure ending with the wafer
Cover the last layer of biscuits with condensed milk chocolate flavor (bought ready or coverage)
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until well chilled sweet stay
Remove the candy from the refrigerator and serve following
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You can replace the condensed milk chocolate ice cream for chocolate glaze, is great, being semisweet breaks a little sweet.
