Ginger Soy Sauce Chicken

Ingredients

1 pound Boneless Breast Chicken, dice
1/2 teaspoon Saffron
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 garlic, smashed and chopped
4 cm Ginger, cut a match
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Dried Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 Onion , dice
1 pieces Spring Onion, finely sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved with 1/4 cup water
Salt and Sugar
Vege Oil
Fried Red Onion


Making Steps

In medium bowl mix chicken, salt and saffron powder. Fry with hot oil till half cooked, set aside
Saute garlic and ginger till flavored and add in chicken, pour the sauces, chili powder and pepper powder, stir well. Add in mixture cornstarch and cooked till little thicken, last add in chopped onion and spring onion, seasoning with sugar and salt, cook about 2-3 minutes more and off the heat.
In serving time, serve the chicken with a little sprinkle of fried red onion and white warm rice....hmm YUMMY
