Carrot Ginger Cake
Ingredients
150 grams Self Rising Flour
2 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
175 grams Butter
75 grams Brown Sugar
75 ml Honey
2 Eggs
Glaze
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 tablespoon Hot Water
Making Steps
In a medium bowl mix flour, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and sieved them all, set aside
Beat butter and brown sugar till soft and fluffy, add in honey and eggs one by one till white and shine then off the speed
Add in mixture flour and grated potato, stir well with spatula.
Prepare Loaf pan 6x10x20 smeared an line with baker paper and pour the batter, bake about 45 minutes in 180 C degree, when cake done leave it about 10 minutes and off from the pan then cooling down.
Glaze : In heat-resistant bowl mix icing sugar, butter, lemon juice and hot water.
Cook with low heat till all ingrediants dissolved.
Pour the glaze on top the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
A very delicious recipe,
I never prepared it with ginger, I will try it, I imagine it will be very good
