Steemit used to be a very awesome platform but then some minnows became whale and then the idea of paying bots came.
Now only votes you get are paid votes. No one gives a damn to what you have written or not and no one wants to upvote any healthy comments. Only content that gets upvoted is the one that is being paid for.

So, Steemit is like, write a post, use SBD to get upvotes for it, if not, then it'll go down the drain without getting noticed.

So to earn SBD/steem, you have to use SBD/steem. and you'll receive less sbd/steem then you use to upvote your content and

"Once a minnow, Always a minnow".

So what is the solution to that ?

Can the problem be rectified ? i think No.

The only solution to it is to move to newer platforms that are not congested yet and become a whale there. Newer platforms provide equal ground to grow unless some greedy people become whales and that is when that platform gets ruined just like steemit. So become a whale and become a good whale. That means don't destroy the system.

But is there any platform good enough to replace Steemit or even stay parallel to steemit ?

Well, there is one. I have started using it and i believe that it may not be able to take out steemit but it'll surely give the minnows of here to grow well without being hindered by the whales.

Now what you have to do is to become part of it and start growing so that you can become a whale soon. And then you won't have to struggle against whales. There you won't get any resistance to grow by some greedy whales for the following reasons.

1. Platform is new.
2. No greedy whales there (Don't become one if you get the chance)
3. It is under good monitoring.

So remain social while earning. Become part of the new blockchain based social media platform.
