Tiro or Truseb Dam is the largest dam in Pidie District. This dam is located in a separate location, namely in the upper river Krueng Tiro Bluk Kedah District Tiro District and Krueng Rukoh River Titeu District. This dam was built to overcome the water crisis and increase the production of grain in the local area. To build this weir cost about Rp. 1.2 trillion. The capacity of this dam is also quite large with a capacity of 142 million cubic meters of water capable of irrigating 12 districts from 23 districts in Pidie.
