Modum coin is something i'd invest in right now. They have a working prototype and strategic partners already. Their token is essentially a share, as you'll be receiving dividends on their profits. Now is a great time to buy as it's just past its hype and the price has corrected a bit. Check out my friend @cryptoeater's post here
