In this contest I wanted to participate in both modalities: asking a question and giving an answer.But I will leave my participation in the @venzam response alone.
In my answer I wanted to make clear the importance of dedication and work to be able to do things. It's not only creativity and talent, it's also daily work. A person who is creative has half the way won, but the other half must walk with effort:

How Should a Typical "Innovation course" and "Creative Thinking" Curriculum look like? It seems Steem blochain has the answers?
Am getting fade up with conventional schooling system and I think blockchain can restructure education curriculum in terms of Innovation and creative thinking.

My opinion is that everyone has the ability to be creative, some people are better at listening and capturing the creative ideas, and have put the effort into expressing those ideas, while others (though still creative) haven't put the time in and therefore mistakingly think they are 'uncreative'.
