Misuse and misplacement of patient’s information is another very important problem that is eating deep into the core of the health sector. In some places, patients are not allowed to gain full knowledge of their medical conditions, they are continuously rigmarole between the medical practitioners, doctors, laboratory technologists, pharmacists, etc without having any choice whatsoever, being subject to any and every medical verdict being pronounced on them by the health workers.
With all these matters arising and challenges springing up in the health sector on daily basis, leading to the increased loss of lives and family members, one might ask,
