The idea for Simply Us was actually my wife's but I had originally been doing a Doctor Who podcast with her brother so I had a little experience (which influenced her idea for ours). Basically, all of what we've been learning about simple living and minimalism led us to wanting to share a bit about our story and not necessarily keep it to that specific topic.
