WHAT IS IT?

Create a four word phrase beginning with the following letters in the following order F-I-A-T.

THIS ROUND IS INSPIRED BY THE FIAT MONETARY SYSTEM!

FIAT means "by decree" and if a government says its money than you better believe they have the guns to back it up. What is really special about the FIAT system is that governments like to take hard earned FIAT from their people so they can buy more guns to steal more resources from poorer places around the world.
