Hahah meditate. I have many meditation clients who've reported that traffic no longer bothers them. One of them said to me as he was doing the initial course "I am that guy, the guy who literally has his shoulders out the window whilst driving on the freeway abusing others".
I’m with you. Bad traffic just ruins my whole day. If we know it’s bad traffic my wife takes the wheel. 🤣
