I had a short term goal of 1000 followers, 500 SP and a reputation of 60. Almost there on the 60 rep, but I was able to achieve the other two. One of the reasons I wanted to reach 500 was so I could vote on a larger quantity of posts. My voting power is always down below 50% as I am always up voting content, either because it is good or to encourage someone. Many times it is both!
I now am working on some new goals and setting the bar higher. To help accomplish this goal and to celebrate reaching my goals I decided to have a contest with a SBD Giveaway.

So what I would like you to do is post a childhood picture for a retro Beauty (handsome) Contest. The contest you should have won back then. Lol!
Plus a recent photo. Sort of a before and after.
Very recent photo of my niece and I.
I am not competing, but giving an example of what I am looking for in a post.
Plus I would like to gain some more followers.

Thank you for your comments! It is interesting to see people as they are today and how they started out. It is nice to have faces to go with the blog relationship. Some turn out to be actual friendships in the end. I have met some great people here on Steemit. Some I chat with nearly every day.
