I actually started blogging a year before I started Steemit, so it was great when I found out about Steemit as it allowed me to expand my followers. Steempress took things to the next level, and has given me the incentive to keep on developing my blog and make it even better.

I don't want to 'use' Steempress solely for increasing my post payout as that's unfair on both Steempress, and my Wordpress followers who have supported me before Steemit came along. It's important not to forget your roots and how you started off, that's why I always strive to maintain the quality of my posts and make sure they're relevant to both my WP and Steemit followers.
