When I'm having a bad day I go into my bedroom and I read a book or play a card game with myself and I try to just ignore everything else.

When I'm having bad day, I just pull out my earpiece and play a song by Sia

I'm a total veg machine when having a bad day. I usually pull up my iPad and play some games (Candy Crush and Words with Friends are favorites) and flip on the TV for more vegging.
I love Candy Crush, my family is always teasing me about it, but I don't care.
They're jealous of the level you're on, I'm sure, @jusipassetti!
Whenever i am having a bad day, i go to a nearby orphanage close to my home to sing and play with the kids there.
If its at work, i call my mum, once she hears my voice, she knows something is wrong and starts to pet me. You can call me mama's girl.
When I'm having a bad day I generally try and seek out someone who I know makes me laugh. Whether its online or in person. Loud, happy music is another go to, especially songs with some good power lyrics. This works the best for me if I'm driving at the time.

When I’m having a bad day I usually listen to music to make me feel better. I also work with autistic children in their homes so they typically make me feel better too. I love watching them grow and watching them achieve milestones in their lives. So in addition to music thinking of my autistic kids also makes me feel better
If a bad day happens to me! i go to sit in front of the sea and enjoy its fresh air and beautiful scenery, because it provides my body with the energy necessary to carry out the vital activities of the body which eliminates tiredness, fatigue and numbness and helps me to improve mood and bad psychological day.
I just look at my son's face and everything seems to look all beautiful. :)
