I think they are gifted and they make something special not everyone can do it so it's fair but the most unfair things is that the employeed person is teached to success in his study and have a good job and finally to get married and have a nice home oups i forgot sorry a box to live in it with his small family with the fees of banks and central organisations so this is the unfair things that banks and central organisation take the big part of rewards however they do anything for us and finnaly employeed person get a verry small part for his invisted time, hard work, knowledge and health ... So if someone works for something and he is worth his funds so it's 100% fair
