As of the time of writing this contest, the following witnesses are inactive in the first hundredth of the witness list, and so should not be voted for by the participants of the fifth episode. Voting any of the listed inactive witnesses attracts outright disqualification. Inactive witnesses for now include:

However, for the purpose of this contest, they should not be voted.
As usual, we will announce the result of the fourth episode before we will announce the opening for the fifth episode and its guidelines.

To increase witness voting consciousness of steemians as well their knowledge of the roles witnesses play in ensuring stable ecosystem.
This contest is targeted at ensuring continuous increase in the witness voting engagement rate occasionally published by @lukestokes. This is currently put at 30.

If they are not among the top 50, scroll down and you will see a box similar to the below image. Type in the name of your choice witness and vote.

Steem blockchain requires a game plan of people to makes discourages, the witnesses impacts our post to appear on blockchain for people to see and all happens in squares knowns as center points..

Steem-blockchain requires a set of people to create blocks and uses a consensus mechanism called DPOS. The community elects 'witnesses' to act as the network's block producers and governance body. There're 20full-time witnesses, producing a block every 63-second round. A 21st-position is shared by the backup witnesses, who are scheduled proportionally to the amount of stake-weighted community approval they have.
