I've send some answers trough private message on Steemit if that's ok, only you can read them. I wanted to join your contest before but having to use the steemit.chat stopped me from participating.
The private message sending function on steemit when used properly seems like a good alternative.
SendPublic Message = typed message (everyone can read)
SendPrivate Message = # typed message (only receiver can read)
Sure, that works for me. I don't really want to encourage it since there's potential for someone to forget to add the # before the message and potentially show their answers to everyone, but I don't have any problem with it.
I can see how it's only a matter of time before that would happen.
