Yes because magic hair!
Rapunzel is freed from the magic by a friend who destroys the magic even though that means death for him. She realises that she is the long lost princess because of clues in her own artwork.

Flynn's friends betray him. Maximus tries to capture him, but then helps him to escape. Flynn is pardoned for his crimes.
