My FAVORITE kind of exercise is water volleyball. I love swimming, anything to do with water, and the game of water volleyball is just so much fun. You get a lot of exercise, some great Vitamin D, and fun competition with friends. But I don't have access to a pool or a volleyball league anymore, so while it's my favorite, I don't get to do it very often. My best kind of exercise is Line Dancing. I get to do that at least 2 - 3 times a week and typically get 8,000 steps and more for my daily @actifit report. It's fun and keeps your mind active as well as your body by having to learn and remember all the steps!
