So we got a ton of ideas, and actually so many I have not made it through them yet. So I am going to go with a easy one off the bat. That way we can get some steem on this train.... Ha Ha a steem joke. So I am using @mightyone81 's idea, and will be sending them a prize, probably a upvote, but I like to keep it loose. So here is how it will go down.. I picked a number 1 to 1,000,000 
I will give a 100% VOTE to the closest person, one entry per person. Also will give a 50% if you are with in 5000 and someone is closer. No mind reading spells are programs allowed, and I did take a picture with a time stamp with the number. Will post in on the winning post, and GOOD LUCK. Will call it at the 5 day mark.
Also will be using other peoples ideas off the post, so more winners there. Just too many good ones.
