Wal-mart and Kmart are two different companies. Kmart is owned by Sears holding corporation and Wal-mart is owned by the Walton Family.
I hate Wal-mart myself. They enter communities with lower prices that close down the competition, when the competition is out they raise their prices. I rarely ever shop there only when I can't find what I am looking for else where.
I love Kmart, because of the Shop Your Way rewards. The website had sweep games where you can win points that you can turn into store cash for things you want in their store, and I can use my points at Sears or Land's End too.
