Throwbackthursday: Construction - From Now To Seven Months Later

During this time of the year around me, the flood gates of heaven are usually left open. Staying two straight days without any rain is rare. That was the condition I found myself as we embarked on the construction you see below. It was two years ago that we were on the foundation level.

About seven months later, the final floor was set with the plastering on. That's a record for a work done during the rainy season.

If you look at the first image closely, you will observe that the surrounding area of the trench collapsed. That's part of the challenges we faced but we were able to overcome it.
