I do not suggest activating this energy on your own. That could be incredibly dangerous. Unless you have support systems in place already to help guide you through this process. Once you awaken it, there is no turning back and the integration process can take years. There is no break once it's activated - it's on and until it does what it needs to do to smooth out and heal your many wounds, you will likely feel quite destabilized and possibly even a insane at times.
