Bundy Case: Motion for New Trial Should Be Denied - 01/05/18

Flagrant misconduct and misrepresentation to the Court are reasons that Federal Judge Navarro should deny Motion for New Trial filed by Federal Prosecutors.

Coupled with this Order to Deny Motion for New Trial, Judge Navarro should also issue an Order to Dismiss, with prejudice, for Cliven Bundy and each of his co-Defendants.

Then, Judge Navarro should grant the Motions for Monetary Relief by Cliven Bundy and each of his co-Defendants; as well as grant Cliven Bundy's Motion to Restore Cattle Grazing Rights.
