Como obtener seguidores orgánicos en Steemit // How to get organic followers in Steemit
Decir que Steemit es una red social común y corriente como cualquier otra, es no haber comprendido aún ésta plataforma. Hay una frase que leí hace poco de un usuario que decía: "Steemit como prueba de cerebro". Y es que de eso se trata esta red, que coloca a sus usuarios en un punto donde tienen que sacar al máximo su creatividad, talento y por sobre todo su autenticidad.
En este post que comparto hoy con ustedes, me gustaría enseñarles de como conseguir seguidores orgánicos en una red como Steemit. Yo tengo dos años trabajando como community manager en redes como facebook, instagram y twiter.
Por medio de estas redes centralizadas el conseguir seguidores puede ser fácil, ya que son usuarios en masa que se encuentran en constante uso con esas plataformas. Por eso haciendo una buena imagen, y con un mensaje que atrape al usuario tenemos por seguro que conquistaremos seguidores nuevos.
Pero en una plataforma que monetiza como lo es Steemit las cosas pueden parecer muy fáciles a la hora de conseguir seguidores, pero no es así. Aquí en esta red tiene que existir ese feedback entre personas para así poder conseguir seguidores orgánicos que estén contacto con las personas que dan sus upvote y comentarios a nuestros post.
Por eso hay que aprender de los grandes.
To say that Steemit is an ordinary social network like any other, is not to have understood this platform yet. There is a phrase I read recently from a user who said: "Steemit as a brain test". And that's what this network is all about, which puts its users at a point where they have to make the most of their creativity, talent and above all their authenticity.
In this post that I'm sharing with you today, I'd like to show you how to get organic followers on a network like Steemit. I have two years working as a community manager in networks such as facebook, instagram and twiter.
Through these centralized networks it can be easy to get followers, as they are mass users who are in constant use with these platforms. That's why making a good image, and with a message that catches the user we are sure that we will conquer new followers.
But on a platform that monetizes like Steemit, things can seem very easy to get followers, but they're not. Here in this network there has to be that feedback between people in order to get organic followers to be in contact with the people who give their upvote and comments to our posts.
That's why you have to learn from the big boys.
Aprendiendo de los Grandes
El usuario @anomadsoul es un ejemplo para muchos Steemers tanto de habla hispana como los de inglés, de ser un ejemplo a seguir en esta plataforma, y no por tener una gran delegación de poder, sino por la manera tan humana que se expresa en esta plataforma. Lo que hace grande a un blogger es la capacidad de respuesta llena de humanismo que le da a sus seguidores.
He visto mucho de los post de @anomadsoul y he visto que puede tener cientos de comentarios pero siempre respondidos por él mismo, esto lo hace ser una persona muy influyente dentro de la red.
Otro proyecto que he visto por varias semanas que responde los comentarios de persona logrando así tener seguidores orgánicos es la cuenta de @sndbox, llegué a esta cuenta por medio de @anomadsoul que los ha mencionado mucho en sus post, viendo los post de este grupo también me di cuenta que son un grupo muy organizado y que responden los comentarios de las personas, haciendo de esto seguidores que dudarán en dar su upvote.
Learning from the Great Ones
The @anomadsoul user is an example for many Steemers, both Spanish and English speaking, of being an example to follow on this platform, and not because he has a large delegation of power, but because of the humane way he expresses himself on this platform. What makes a blogger great is the humanistic responsiveness he gives his followers.
I've seen a lot of @anomadsoul's posts and I've seen that he can have hundreds of comments but always answered by himself, this makes him a very influential person within the network.
Another project I've seen for several weeks that responds to people's comments and thus get organic followers is the @sndbox account, I came to this account through @anomadsoul who has mentioned them a lot in their posts, watching the posts of this group I also realized that they are a very organized group and they respond to people's comments, making this followers who will hesitate to give their upvote.
Uso del chat de Steemit
Steemit es una red, y todo usuario que comienza nuevo quiere generar contenido de calidad y que sea visto por muchas personas. Por la tanto yo recomiendo el uso del chat de Steemit que tiene canales para subir nuestros post y para conversar tanto con los hispanohablantes como con personas de cualquier idioma.
El estar en un chat como esto permite que nuestra estancia en Steemit sea más productiva porque nos lleva a conocer a gente de muchas partes del mundo. Sé que también existe el discord donde muchas personas lo usan para comunicarse a distintas comunidades y proyectos.
Pero mi motivación es especial por el chat de Steemit, donde haré una pequeña guía a continuación de como registrarse y hacer uso de ella.
Using Steemit's Chat
Steemit is a network, and every new startup user wants to generate quality content that is seen by many people. I therefore recommend the use of Steemit's chat which has channels to upload our posts and to chat with both Spanish speakers and people of any language.
Being in a chat room like this makes our stay at Steemit more productive because it brings us to meet people from many parts of the world. I know that there is also the discord where many people use it to communicate to different communities and projects.
But my motivation is special because of Steemit's chat, where I'll make a little guide to how to register and make use of it.
Ir al menú de Steemit, y seleccionar "Chat de Steemit". Así como aparece subrayado en rojo.
Go to the Steemit menu, and select "Steemit Chat". As well as being underlined in red.
Al dar clic en la opción "Chat de Steemit" aparecera esto en nuestra pantalla, allí podemos ingresar de inmediato si tenemos cuenta. Con nuestro nombre o correo electrónico, y nuestra contraseña.
Sino poseemos cuenta, damos clic a la opción de "registro de nueva cuenta".
Clicking on the "Steemit Chat" option will bring this up on our screen, where we can log in immediately if we have an account. With our name or email address, and our password.
If we don't have an account, click on the "register new account" option.
Una vez ya registrado solo tienes que confirmar tu usuario con el correo que decidiste colocar en ese momento. En mi próximo post voy a realizar un post de como registrarse tanto en el chat de Steemit y discord.
Lo que nos hace conseguir seguidores orgánicos es la constancia que tengamos dentro de la plataforma y por supuesto los lazos que hagamos con los demás usuarios
Once you have registered you only have to confirm your username with the email address that you decided to use at that moment. In my next post I will post a post on how to register for both Steemit's chat and discord.

Hola, para ser sincera ni siquiera sabía de la existencia de un chat en Steemit jaja, quizá pocos lo usan como dice Elinder porque pocos lo conocen, al menos es mi caso, gracias por el post ahora conozco algo mas, saludos.
@reciclajeymas así es, y es como el discord que usan algunos grupo como @cervantes. Donde tienen canales para que ancles tus artículos y sean votados, también tiene canales para los hispanohablantes y españoles. Es muy bueno y organizado.
