Confidence in yourself
Trust is a healthy way to transmit communication. It is essential when making important decisions for everyday life.
People who trust themselves feel that they can get anywhere and that they have control over their lives.
That does not mean you can do everything, but you have realistic expectations and it helps a lot.
On the other hand, people with low confidence depend too much on the approval of other people to feel good about themselves, they tend to avoid most risks for fear of failing.
To love ourselves, to value ourselves more.
Start to express yourself more. There are people who are quite closed and who avoid conversations because they fear what they will say, we must leave that aside, people will always have something to say.
Go achieving goals or proposals that you do yourself, no matter what others do, focus on you.
Avoid comparisons that are not fair.
Avoid the bond of jealousy.
Take criticism calmly.
You can defend another person.
You can make suggestions or make your ideas known.
Remind yourself that your ideas and opinions are as important as those of any other person. Knowing this will help you feel confident and secure at the same time. Safety begins with an internal attitude of valuing yourself as much as you value others.
