Nothing But The Truth

On behalf of my elder brother and sister @saintkelvin17 and @saintprisca and our closest friends, I have come to say nothing but the truth to everyone reading this post. Alot has really happened and is important to let some certain things go, is important to do the right thing at all times as well, is also important to stop a crime before getting caught.

This isn't saintkelvin17's account, am his younger brother and we live together in the same city in Nigeria, am surprised the-gorilla saw this account and didn't also notice it belongs to his younger brother. Saintkelvin17 is innocent of account farming but guilty of plagiarism. Things haven't been easy for him for the past one week because he has passion for steemit and taking a one week break felt very bad for him and his morale dropped entirely.

Kelvin is a patient guy but it seems he allowed the devil to use him last month. Some of you won't believe he's patient but that's your own thought, he is a patient person. Over the years here he has been blogging peacefully and appropriately, he was a writer before joining steemit, yes he wrote alot of storybooks during the COVID-19 lockdown and is a big shame to hear that a writer committed plagiarism in steemit and I hope this stain doesn't affect him in the nearest future.

My brother was deeply tempted, he noticed that the community doesn't review posts and he decided to take the risk, I noticed this when @tetsu26 was also doing the same thing and I warned them to continue the good they were doing (creating posts free from plagiarism in the community). We used to talk about airdrops alot but Kelvin felt awkward and decided to change from good to bad.

I saw that Kelvin, Franklin(tetsu26) and the other haven't been caught for two weeks and I also got tempted to join. This is why if you check my blog, you will see less than 4 plagiarised posts, same to our sister who was also tempted because she still wanted to have active posts in steemit despite her work that closes by 11pm. Though Kelvin later warned us to stop this rubbish check his reply to the-gorilla last week Thursday 👇

It was obvious we all got addicted to plagiarism and Kelvin himself discovered that plagiarism is an addicted something and is very important to stay away from it, I won't be surprised if he turns to an anti-plagiarism ambassador soon 😂. That's how we suffered from that addiction till he was caught first and got depressed till now, I was surprised because he started behaving at home as if someone important to him died.

We are on our own but one way or the other, we have used Kelvin's phone to blog in steemit, just like when I started 2022 September, when my phone got bad and whenever my dad seize my phone during the seasons I write exams in school. Franklin used it whenever his phone gets bad, that guy doesn't use phone for up to 5 months and I wonder why, so crazy. My brother has managed his account for one month before and he won't do that again.

I believe these posts above can confirm my identity and that of Franklin, we are closer to Kelvin and he mentors all of us including our other friends. We are the only active steemians in our city, including two other persons Kelvin recruited and also a moderator in Steem4nigeria who travels alot.

We have been observing the investigation of the-gorilla and steemcurator01 with others working with then and decided to keep quiet, Kelvin too was totally upset with himself and his mental health is no longer normal, his hardwork scattered. The reason the accounts steemcurator01 highlighted as his top 5 votes, looks like that is because he always try his best to support his recruits as those top 5 steemians are his recruits.

You know there are times steemians will want to give up especially new ones but my brother kept on encouraging them with his upvotes, you might say he's greedy but he won't do that again and his recruits aren't his top 5 steemians that receives his vote every week but some weeks.

• Kelvin has a great love for the platform, he's not what you think he is.

• He has never powered down because he's aware of it's disadvantage, he just left club5050 instead and his growth became slow here.

• Kelvin's apology post is sincere, the post I created after his apology post was for myself, the-gorilla thought it was his account that's why he said his apology post wasn't sincere.

• My siblings and closest friends haven't posted anything in steemit since last week Friday morning because of Kelvin's instruction, he said our plagiarised posts should get to 8 days old first.

• Yes some accounts were connected to his Binance memo, this is because he sells steem for his recruits, he has been our vendor.

• Gotimen and happyjeromy accounts belongs to Kelvin and I, that is where we both save steem and we don't use those accounts to post in steemit, please you can go check their blogs.

• Only 30% of the steem in gotimen's wallet belongs to Kelvin, the rest have been bought by someone who's not a steemian and we are saying it for the person for a long period of time.

• There are two other steemians who were connected to his memo, he borrowed steem to them few months ago and when it was time for them to pay back he gave them his Binance memo.

• Kelvin is our immediate mentor and he has also apologized for misleading us to engage in plagiarism.

• This plagiarism action only took place in November and early December 2024, once again we are deeply sorry for the mess.

• Kelvin needs your forgiveness more, he's still a young guy and he's willing to learn.

• Half of our family are steemians with our youngest sister aspiring to join the platform once she's more than 15 years old, we all love steemit including our parents.

• This weekend we will officially start posting and commenting again, because I believe we have successfully cleared everyone's doubts.

• Kelvin has been finding it difficult to eat properly, he's in a bad state and I believe he will be ok soon.

• Kelvin talked about financial responsibilities in our family which tempted him to plagiarise out of frustration, we believe he won't do such a thing again, is just that he has phobia of powering.

One question please, between powering down and plagiarizing which is more bad?
