STACH Short Story Contest # 30: Escaping from reality
"In Wonderland everything is perfect, everything is how you imagine it and how you want things to be," the rabbit tells the boy who will soon begin his journey through this wonderful world. The boy was amazed with everything that happened around him. the little one imagined cascades of chocolates and appeared from nowhere. There were sweets and gelatin trails. The child did not believe that something so unimaginable materialized in that way. Finally he was able to have the best toys he had dreamed of and colorful animals he could feed, he could play with thousands of children who had the same dreams as he and food banquets. At the end of the day, when the road ended, he found his family waiting for him next to a large wooden door. The boy did not want to cross it because he knew what awaited him when he went through it. But the rabbit took him by the hand and said: "Quiet friend, tomorrow will be another day and here I will be as always waiting for you".
