Mouse Mat - Corsair Gaming MM300 Extended

Hello guys! 

I will be talking about the  Corsair Gaming MM300 Anti-Fray Cloth Mouse Mat Extended Edition, a mouse mat which I have owned for a year! 

Firstly I would like to say that this mouse mat is great for normal use, however for gaming use its not very good. The friction on the mouse mat varies A LOT. This is due to the mouse mat being affected by humidity and temperature, this is not good for a mouse map as it can affect you performance in competitive games which require pixel precision. 

The mouse mat condition and performance also deteriorates over time as well, and it does so quickly. After about 2 months the performance was bad, I also spill coffee over it and washed it in wash soapy water which did not help but only made the friction situation worse, so its not good to wash the mat. The performance got so bad that I had to flip the mat 180 so that I had my mouse where my keyboard was, this made it usable for another month or two. 

Another thing to note is that I used a G203 with it and eventually the mouse feet on the G203 wore out slightly. It looked like it was literally overheated from the friction from the pad, this could've been due to me pressing too much on the mouse but I feel like it also had a little to do with the friction of the mouse pad.

In conclusion its not a bad pad if you just use it for normal PC usage, however for gaming competitively I do not recommend getting this pad. I recently got a  Glorious G-HXL Heavy Extra Large Pro pad and will be doing a review on it soon, it is looking really promising!
