Invented the computer — Howard Aiken. The icon was born on 7 March 1900 in the United States. He died on 14 March 1983. Aiken studied at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and later in 1939 received a doctorate in physics from Harvard University. He built the computer with the help of IBM in 1944, then named it Automatic Sequence Controlled Calculator, later renamed Harvard Mark. Since then, many more sophisticated computers have been banned. In 1960, Aiken was awarded the Edison Medal of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for his contributions to the construction of large-scale digital computers and computer education.

Charles Babbage is thought to be the father of modern computers. He was born in England on 26 December 1891. He died on 16 October 181 in London. Charles Babbage invented the Difference Engine in 1822 and wrote a description of its creation. Later in 1991, an engine (computer) was built according to his description, and it was seen to be working correctly.
