A file management system is one of the software on a computer system that manages datafile. It has limited power and is designed to design a special office document, as a person, as a record. It may display the report details and is useful in similar features or in the office environment. A file management system is known as a file manager. File systems should not be confused with a file management system. Relational database features have been added to a file management system and there is another programming language in which the operating system database management system manages all types of data and files for subsequent data manipulation. The tracking component of a file management system is the key to creating and managing this system.
The system has some features, such as-
- Alignment document numbers are allocated for processing
- The owner and process mapping will report the track at different stages of processing
- Make notes
- Provide details of the situation
- create, modify, copy delete and other file operations
