Computer Laptop Rapair 1 - LENOVO G40-45 NO POWER AND NOT CHARGING
Hey Stemians, today I'll show you what my daily activity. I'm Computer engineer every I' repair Computers and Laptops for any trouble. sometimes it's easy for repair, but there is also complicate problem.
In this video, the Laptop's Problem is No Power, Not charging and nothing to work normally. until I found the problems and fix it.
until now, the laptop owner never call me for these problem.
Problem Descriptions
- Laptop cannot switch on even with adapter power or battery
- Cannot charging, there is no led are lighted when adapter plugged
- When charger plugged, I saw some short circuit (identified by power supply with voltmeter and ampere-meter)
After long time finding "where is the problem component?"
I found the problem under black isolation tape

Hey @darklog, its really true what you done? It's too simple for laptop repair, but I think not every one understand about checking up the board using multi tester, some time update the otger repairs, like no display, not charging but power switch are normal, and others. Very nice post for laptop repair, but you have to check about the tags, becase I see your tags not the recommended tags. Keep post bro. Good luck
